CLASSIC SPANISH AIOLI
A recipe from Chef Björn during his time in Northern Spain. Aioli, just as the Spaniards know it. A sharp garlic flavor, perfect for serving on a sunny day on the terrace.
ROASTED GARLIC AIOLI
Roasting the garlic creates a more subtle, deep flavor. This results in a milder aioli, while still retaining the characteristics of garlic.
TRUFFLE MAYONNAISE

BISQUE D'HOMARD
A strongly reduced broth of lobster, langoustines, and Dutch shrimp. Traditionally prepared and ready to serve, no further reduction or additions needed.
TOMATO SOUP
A combination of roasted tomatoes, cream, and an aromatic herb bouquet. The soup is simmering for 3 hours to achieve a delicious result.
