STANDARD RANGE - COLD SAUCES

LEMON MAYONNAISE

Our homemade fresh mayonnaise, flavored with lemon, is a bold addition to almost any dish or snack. An explosion of lemon flavor.

CLASSIC SPANISH AIOLI

A recipe from Chef Björn during his time in Northern Spain. Aioli, just as the Spaniards know it. A sharp garlic flavor, perfect for serving on a sunny day on the terrace.

ROASTED GARLIC AIOLI

Roasting the garlic creates a more subtle, deep flavor. This results in a milder aioli, while still retaining the characteristics of garlic.

TRUFFLE MAYONNAISE 

A mayonnaise enhanced with the earthy flavors of fresh Italian truffle. We work directly with the source, ensuring that the quality of the ingredients in this product speaks for itself.

AUTHENTIC CHIMICHURRI

What to expect from a good Chimichurri: the use of quality ingredients. A widely used cold preparation, served with meat dishes.

GREEN PESTO

Our artisan green pesto, without unnecessary additives or compromises in ingredients. We make our pesto using only the finest herbs, pine nuts, and Parmesan cheese.

HAMBURGER SAUCE

Our iconic hamburger sauce is a smoky, complex, and spicy addition to any burger. Flavored with Piment D'Espelette and various acids.

OLIVE DIP

A creamy dip made from an olive blend. A true hit with any kind of bread. Due to its subtle composition, this product makes an excellent counterpart to olive tapenade.

TOMATO TAPENADE

Intensely flavored tapenade made from sun-dried tomatoes, black olives, garlic, and capers, blended with olive oil for a smooth texture.

STANDARD RANGE - SOUPS

BISQUE D'HOMARD

A strongly reduced broth of lobster, langoustines, and Dutch shrimp. Traditionally prepared and ready to serve, no further reduction or additions needed.

TOMATO SOUP

A combination of roasted tomatoes, cream, and an aromatic herb bouquet. The soup is simmering for 3 hours to achieve a delicious result.

TOM KHA GAI

Chef Nick's journey through Thailand inspired him with a unique recipe for creamy coconut soup. We also produce this recipe in a vegetarian version.
