Our Story

Mes & Lepel Catering was founded by the shared passion of Nick & Björn. Together with the team, they bring as much inspiration as possible to both the team and the guests, in order to make every event and product an unique experience.

Executive Chef - Nick Holter

Former founder and owner of restaurants such as Restaurant Kop Van Oost and Restaurant Willems in Amsterdam, cooks amongst the stars for every event. Since the age of 13, Nick has been a true kitchen enthusiast, and has won his stripes over the years with famous names such as Joop Braakhekke and Chris Naylor. As Joop always said to him: "Love in the pan is the smile at the table".

General Manager - Björn Anderson

An equal hospitality passionist as his partner Nick. At a young age he cooked for several top chefs in Amsterdam, after which he decided to taste the business side of the hospitality industry. After having helped many hospitality companies to straighten out their internal organization, he decided to bundle all the knowledge and passion of previous experiences into The Mes & Lepel Group.

Facility Manager - Jordi Sip

It was only later in life that Jordi discovered that his passion lies in the kitchen, and so he suddenly found himself at the door of The Mes & Lepel Group. Here Jordi has created an incredibly motivating role for himself within the team, and has become an indispensable part of the organization. In collaboration with Nick & Björn, he ensures that the daily operation is guided in the right direction. And that, always with a smile on his face.
